I contacted SECTV to question a bill. Laura, in the Billing Department, took the time to research my bill and was able to explain what the error was. She handled my call professionally and efficiently. Laura renders great customer service. All customer service representatives should follow Laura's example. Kudos to Laura!

It is not often you find someone willing to take the time to satisfy the need of the customer. Today I was assisted by Laura who surpassed all my expectations. She completely listened to my concerns and step by step gave me options. I made some changes with my cable service as she gave me tips to save money on my monthly bill. Each step of the way as I made my selections she gave me pros and cons with possible solutions if I was not happy with my choice. Never before have I dealt with a person that just could not help me enough…Laura surpassed all my expectations. It is worth a call to Laura for money saving guidance on your cable bill.
